• Door-to-door pickup and drop-off are included within the designated Kyoto City service area, so you travel directly between KIX and your hotel or accommodation without changing vehicles. Assistance with boarding and luggage is provided when getting in and out of the vehicle.
• For KIX arrival pickups, flight monitoring is included so your driver can track your landing time and adjust the pickup accordingly. Complimentary waiting time at KIX is included for up to 90 minutes for airport-to-city routes, while Kyoto pickups include up to 30 minutes of waiting at your hotel or accommodation.
• Fuel, tolls, parking fees, and taxes are all included in the booked transfer price, so there are no additional road charges on the day. Any additional stops, detours, or waiting time beyond the complimentary period are not included and can incur overtime waiting fees, such as JPY 5,000 per hour for a Toyota Alphard or JPY 8,000 per hour for a Toyota Hiace.
