We arrived at the airport, followed the instructions we had been given in order to find the Havalines kiosk but we could not find it. We called the number we were given as an emergency number, and it did not work. The watsapp either. In the end, after an hour of trying to find help, we paid another company for our transport to the hotel. We had already paid for the trip from the hotel to the airport and we are scared they will not show up!

Instructions were clear, we met the representative from Havalines outside the terminal building, who summoned our taxi which arrived in 10 minutes and was a large, comfortable van.

This service is wheelchair accessible.

All guests must fill out a travel information form.

If your hotel or apartment is in an off-traffic area or one-way street you will be dropped off at the closest point.

If your flight has delays the driver will wait for you at no additional cost.

All transfers take place on a Mercedes Sprinter van or similar.

Transfer time to Istanbul will be 60 min depending on traffic and hotel location.

Luggage per person: 1 Handbag and 1 Suitcase only. Guests are required to give prior intimation in case of extra luggage.

The cost of this experience remains the same for 1 to 6 individuals.

This price is valid for the following regions Taksim, Beyoğlu, Fatih, Sultanahmet, Beyazıt, Sirkeci, Eminönü, Aksaray, Karaköy, Levent, Beşiktaş.

An extra 5 euros for the tickets for guests from Ortaköy and Bebek.

Come to HAVALINES Kiosk at Exit Door B on Transportation Floor (minus -2nd Floor)

After you exit the luggage area, turn right and walk towards Burger King

Walk to the elevator and go down to minus -2 Floor, turn right and head towards Exit Door B and you will see the HAVALINES Kiosk

The HAVALINES kiosk is in front of column 15 across Exit Door B at (minus -2nd Floor)
