• City pickup procedure: For hotel or city pickup, the driver will wait in the vehicle instead of the lobby.
• Vehicle identification: For city pickup, the driver will share the license plate via WhatsApp before pickup.
• Boarding check: Before boarding, confirm the license plate and give your booking number to the driver.
• Booking details required: Please provide your flight number and an active WhatsApp number when booking.
• Flight tracking: For airport pickups, the driver tracks your flight and waits up to 90 minutes after landing.
• Flight changes: If your flight is delayed or cancelled, inform the operator at least 6 hours in advance.
• Driver contact: The driver will contact you before your service with the car photo and waiting location.
