Getting settled

Find the lounge airside at Zurich Airport, in Terminal E, directly above Gate E52. Allow under 7 minutes from any E gate. Follow signs to Dock E and use the Skymetro from the main terminal. Present your valid boarding pass and any lounge card or confirmation at reception.

The lounge is open every day from 6:30am to 9pm.

Rules and Restrictions

The lounge is located airside, so you must clear passport and security checks to access it.

Please note that there are no flight information announcements in the lounge. You must keep track of your flight's status on the display screens.

What to bring

Voucher: Bring your booking confirmation in the format stated on your voucher for lounge check-in.

Photo ID: Bring a valid photo ID such as a passport or government ID that matches your booking name.

Boarding pass: Carry your same day airport boarding pass, as all guests must show a valid boarding pass.

Dress code: Smart casual attire is recommended for lounge entry.

What’s not allowed

Outside food and drinks: Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the lounge.

Schengen access: Schengen travellers cannot use this lounge and will be redirected to another lounge catering to Schengen departures.

Accessibility

Access routes: The lounge is accessible via both stairs and a lift.

Restrooms: There are no in-lounge restrooms, but toilets are located just outside in the terminal.

Location: The lounge is in Terminal E, directly above Gate E52 in Dock E.

Gate distances: E42-E45 are about 2-3 minutes away | E46-E59 are about 4-5 minutes away.

Transit rules: The lounge is for non-Schengen zoned travellers only in Terminal E departures.

Children access: Children are allowed but must be accompanied by an adult with a valid lounge reservation.
