• Infant seating policy: Infants must not sit on laps.
• Infant seats: Infant seats are unavailable.
• Prepayment rule: All passengers aged 2 and over must prebook Fast Track; unbooked extra passengers will lead to cancellation.

• Flight delays: If your flight is delayed, you do not need to contact the team, as flight schedules are monitored.
• Flight changes: If your flight number changes, notify the team at least 6 hours before your original arrival time.
• Arrival card (TDA): Complete the TDA arrival card online at least 3 days before arrival for smoother processing.
• TDA assistance: If you forget the TDA, your guide will help you complete it before entering the Fast Track area.
• Short-notice bookings: Bookings made within 48 hours of arrival depend on airport capacity and may be declined.
• Arrival-only option: If you select the Arrival Fast Track only option, your guide will end service at the immigration desk.
• VIP arrival escort: If you select VIP Arrival Fast Track, you will receive assistance from the gate to the airport exit.
• Transfer options: If you select a transfer option, your package will include transport along with Fast Track service.
• Lounge access: If you select a lounge option, you will receive 2 hours of lounge access with your departure Fast Track.
