What to bring

• Bring your valid passport, as it is required for this service.
• Chinese passport holders must provide a copy of their passport, return flight ticket, and hotel confirmation.
• Prepare cash for any applicable extra fees, such as 500 THB per person for Visa on Arrival or Yellow Fever Report.

What's not allowed

• Jeans, sportswear, sports shoes, and slippers are not allowed; please adhere to the dress code.
• Pets are not permitted for this service.
• Infants must not sit on laps, and infants aged 0-1 years are charged as adults.
• Attempts to conceal nationality may result in refusal of entry.

Accessibility

• The service is wheelchair accessible and stroller accessible, and infant seats are available upon request.

Additional information

• The service must be booked at least 24 hours before your scheduled flight time, and your flight details must match your actual flight.
• You must provide your flight information at least 24 hours before arrival; failure to do so will result in no refund.
• The service is tailored to the number of bookings, and excess guests will result in cancellation with no refund.
• There is a limit of two pieces of luggage per passenger for porter service; extra luggage over 56x36x23 cm will be charged at 100 THB per piece.
• Passport holders of Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia cannot use this service, and no refund will be provided if booked.
• The service is not available for visitors who have previously overstayed their visa exemption.
• The service is not available to passport holders from Bangladesh, Cameroon, India, Iran, Kenya, Nigeria, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Syria, or Venezuela.
• Visa on Arrival and Yellow Fever Report require an extra fee of 500 THB per person.
• This service does not include transportation to or from the airport, buggy service, visa on arrival fees or visa service, transit flight service, porter service, food and drinks, tips and gratuities, or any services not listed in the inclusions.
