    Head to your lounge at Singapore Changi Airport. Present your booking at the lounge entrance; access is subject to capacity at arrival. Friendly staff will assist with check-in and guide you to available seating.

    What’s not allowed

    • Napping facilities are not available in the lounge.

    • Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

    • Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the lounge.

    • Smoking is strictly prohibited within the lounge premises.

    • The lounge operates 24 hours a day.

    • This lounge is owned and managed by a third-party operator.
