The service itself was perfect, but when we arrived, the gentleman in front of the door was kind of unfriendly. We booked a slot (5 hrs.)starting at 0500 pm, our flight left at 1155 pm, and the gentlemen tend to tell us the lounge is full and an entry around 0600 pm would be better for us (according to our boarding time). So, he sent us away to wait for another hour. My hubby didn't accept the argument and after a short discussion, the gentlman gave us access. After a long day and long trip, this is not what you need as a paying customer. By the way: the lounge wasn't that full, we had plenty of space. We had a good time in your lounge.

What a great multi-feature visit we had! The Supertree Observatory was a standout as it finally gave us the bird's eye view of the central Singapore area we were looking for. The Cloud Forest was thoughtfully curated with the Jurassic Park theme offering options to keep all ages happy! All in diesem Ticket enthaltenen Eintritte haben sich definitiv gelohnt. Wir haben noch den Skywalk separat besucht. Die Aussicht über Gardens by the bay war beeindruckend. Im Cloud Forest war mit so viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet worden. Man konnte in mehren Höhen durch die ganze Kuppel laufen. Der Flower Dome ist nach Themen gegliedert und wird durchgehend von den Mitarbeitern gepflegt. Definitiv empfehlenswert!!

We arrived just after opening on a Sunday. no queues as I had pre purchased digital tickets on line. Not too crowded. I was pleasantly surprised that the temperature in the cloud forest and flower dome was comfortable due to climate control. We paid extra to go on sky walk in super trees. A great experience. Got some fantastic photos a great visit would recommend. Good cafes and refreshments available. Fair prices.

Gigantic view to wonderful flowers nearly round the world. Gratulation to the team responsible for the flower dom. In the dom of the jurassic world same. The cloud forest was shown in a very interested way animated by the dinos and other animals of a lost world. The super trees same. We visited 6 hours, no minute we want to miss.

Visiting Cloud Forest and Flower Dome at Gardens by the Bay was an incredible experience. Both conservatories are beautifully designed and maintained, making them one of the highlights of Singapore. Cloud Forest was especially impressive. The moment you walk in, you see the huge indoor waterfall and the lush greenery surrounding it. Walking along the elevated pathways through the mist and tropical plants feels almost surreal. The views from the higher levels are fantastic and perfect for photos. Flower Dome is equally enjoyable but in a different way. It feels like walking through different regions of the world, with Mediterranean plants, colorful flower displays, and beautifully arranged gardens. Everything is very well organized and peaceful. Overall, the whole experience is unique, relaxing, and visually stunning. It’s definitely a must-visit attraction when in Singapore.

Myself my wife and my six year old son recently used the services provided at the Ambassador lounge. To be honest I was a little sceptical when I booked online but in fact our experience was great. The process of booking and checking in was very simple the app made a smooth process. We arrived early at 6am to a vast array for breakfast eggs freshly cooked, Asian noodles, ham , chicken sausages fruit, toast and fresh juice and salads, my six year old son enjoyed waffles. The coffee machine made life a breeze, and my wife enjoyed many a cup on the balcony with a cigarette while I Myself finnished the experience with several complimentary white rums, after recharging all phones and tablets we refreshed in the many showers and went exploring the airport, we will definitely book again when we're next in Changi airport, We'll done team ambassador.

What we were able to see at the Gardens by the Bay were beautiful. However, when I purchased the tickets for the Cloud dome, the Flower dome and the observation deck, times were not very clear. The ticket stated the ticket was available until 9:00pm. We arrived at 7:30 visited the cloud dome and tried to visit the observatory deck to see the light show, only to be informed that it closed at 4:00. So I asked to go to the bridge instead and was denied. 😡 We then tried to go to the Flower Dome only to be informed that it was also closed. So even though we bought tickets for 3 attractions, we only saw 1. Very very disappointing!!! Read ALL small print before buying!!!
