An excellent tour to see the city's main tourist attractions, accompanied by a brief explanation in your language. Good punctuality, the only thing that could be improved is the stop when leaving the archaeological museum, as it is not correctly located when returning to the center.

It's a great way to get about the city at your own pace. The stops we used were close to the major sites. Our only criticism is that the three different bus companies have very different frequencies and we ended up with what appeared to be the least frequent. It would be really good if all three companies accepted tickets from the others. Failing that the website needs to be clearer about the timetables.

It all started with a great pick-up right at the landing stage of our ship. When we got off the boat, we saw the bus just leaving. A quick call from the driver of the next bus and the first bus drove back a few meters and we were allowed to ride along. All the transfers to the next buses also went very smoothly. The Acropolis is amazing, a must see. Was great that we also got to see the other wonderous sites around Athens and still managed a few hours on the beautiful beaches. All accessible via the hop-on-hop-off bus. I would highly recommend this, once in a lifetime experience.
