Enter Izu Shaboten Zoo using your Standard Admission Tickets and proceed through the main gates after your ticket is checked. Once inside, you can choose your own route through the park. Move toward the central pond area or follow on-site signs to the different animal zones according to your interests.

Izu Shaboten Zoo is a zoo and park where you can explore a variety of animal habitats and special exhibits. With your admission fee to Izu Shaboten Zoo covered, you are free to discover the different areas in any order during your visit.

Features

• Animal Boat Tours operate on the pond located in the center of the park, taking you around 9 large and small islands and along the coasts so you can observe animals in their habitats from the water, a rare exhibition method not typically experienced in other zoos.
• On each island during the Animal Boat Tours, you can see monkeys such as squirrel monkeys, black-tailed lemurs, brown lemurs, and Geoffroy's spider monkeys and watch how they move, rest, and interact on the island landscapes.
• At the Original Capybara's Open-Air Bath, which is open only in winter, you can watch capybaras relaxing in warm water and observe their behavior in this seasonal outdoor bath that has become a popular attraction within the zoo.
• Entry to Izu Shaboten Zoo with your Standard Admission Tickets gives you access to the central pond area, the islands with monkeys, and the Original Capybara's Open-Air Bath, allowing you to experience all of these exhibits within a single visit.
