    You'll need to arrive early, but it's a great place to visit—there are lots of interesting spots and plenty of trails to explore. Set aside at least two hours, or more if you can.

    My husband was stationed here back in the 1970's, and it was so good for him to come back and reminisce , and tell me stories of what he did on the ship when he was out at sea. Everyone was so friendly and informative.It was a really good tour

    On this journey to the San Diego Safari Park I myself and my family we enjoyed it very much we recommend it to anybody to come and support the nonprofit organization the staff is all very friendly very helpful to get around the park all in all the only thing we have to say is a little better directions on the walkways to direct you to like the gorillas the Tigers and stuff like that but overall I give it a five-star rating thank you very much it was a pleasure from The Hodges family and I hope your staff have a wonderful day peace love and chicken grease we love all the animals there till we meet again.

    The tour around the savanna was our highlight. So interesting to see the animals in a natural environment. The tigers were also a special treat. We also enjoyed the kangaroos.

    The facility was so well planned, clean and an excellent "empoyee/volunteer" team. My only concern, and it wasn't your fault, my wife was in a wheelchair and it was "quite a hike" to get from the enterance to the Condor Exhibit. But overall, a very enjoyable visit, well done.

    Super fun. Very clean. Animals well cared for. Highlight was the gorillas. Only negative was small area for the lions.
