Everything feels well looked after, and it’s clear a lot of care goes into maintaining the place. Hide Out Restaurant is a great stop during the visit — clean, relaxed, and family-friendly, with good food and a nice atmosphere. Perfect for a quick break before continuing around the zoo.

Loads to do and see, so you will need most of the day to fit it in! Zoo felt a little aged now with some of the areas looking a little tired. Still a great day out and exceptional value through Headout!

Amazing place !! So many variety of animals!! Headout experience was smooth but however not updated, as in headout its showing free for 2 year old but i had to pay for buying ticket for my 2 year toddler

Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the zoo.

Feeding the animals with food other than animal food purchased from the zoo feeding station is not permitted.

Climbing on or crossing over any fences or safety barriers is not allowed.

Teasing the animals, throwing rocks, trash, or any items into the animal enclosures is not allowed.

Pets are not allowed on this experience.

Safety is a priority so Zoo Zip and Big Climb are restricted for guests under the height of 1.4m (4.59ft), and Junior Climb is for guests between 110 cm and 135 cm in height.
