CoupleVerified booking3 weeks ago5/5The day at the park was wonderful! Super easy check in and entry in the park. My son had a blast watching the animals shows, especially the dolphins. They tell the story of the dolphin Sam and its descendant Sami that was born in June this year. We learned a lot about those mamals. The experience of touching one of them, petting, and being so close was priceless. For sure a day to remember!LLauren B
GroupVerified booking3 weeks ago5/5Such value for money. So many things to do that I would recommend two days on the park Loved the dolphin show it was so emotional to see how much the dolphins loved their trainersHHelen S
CoupleVerified booking3 weeks ago5/5The visit to Zoomarine and the dolphin encounter were magical BUT Headout were woeful! On booking the only time available is always 10.00 and you're warned you must be there 45 min prior or you miss it. This is nonsense as the park only opens at 10 and there are dolphin sessions throughout the day. Thankfully Zoomarine emailed our 13.00 time slot the day before. Trying to clarify with Headout is a frustratingly useless AI then eventually an agent who doesn't know but puts you on hold for 10 mins then cuts you off ! Whatsapp help is useless too as went unanswered trying to check something else earlier in the week.TTeresa T
FamilyVerified booking2 days ago5/5Zoo Marine is absolutely amazing. The staff are lovely and couldn't be more helpful. The dolphin experience itself is such good value for money. You receive a branded towel for drying with a bag and free refreshments during your time doing the experience, along with the photo. Never once felt rushed and the park is great with lots to see and do. I'd definitely recommend the 2 day pass if you enjoy the rides or are going with children. Overall a great experience and would love to go backCColin W
