Arrive at the check-in area 15 minutes before your scheduled Six Zipline Adventure. You will complete your waiver, present a matching credit card and ID, and be weighed in fully clothed to confirm the 60 lbs to 275 lbs requirement. After the brief formalities, your expert guide introduces the course and gets you ready to head to the first platform.

This guided 6-zipline course is designed for a wide range of ages and groups of any size. Across the series of lines, you move from shorter flights to longer ones, building confidence as you go.

The guided tour through 6 ziplines takes you progressively along lines ranging from 300 to 1000 feet in length, so you experience both shorter warm-up runs and longer high-flying stretches.

Every line is equipped with modern braking systems, which eliminate the need for you to control your own speed or stop yourself during the ride.

A professional, expert guide is included and stays with you for the entire course, handling set-up on each platform and ensuring a structured, worry-free experience from the first zip to the last.

Transportation is included for guests who select the Guided 6-Zipline Course + Transportation option, while others make their own way to the course before joining the same guided sequence.

What to bring

ID and card: Bring a matching credit card and photo ID for verification at check-in.

Waiver: Complete and bring your signed waiver, or fill it out online before arrival.

Age and weight: Participants must be at least 6 years old and weigh between 60 and 275 lbs.

Weigh-in: All participants will be weighed fully clothed at check-in before the tour.

Health considerations: Participation isn't recommended with preexisting injuries or back, neck, or heart issues.

Medical advice: Please consult your doctor in advance if you're unsure this activity is suitable for you.

Check-in time: Check in at least 15 minutes before your tour start time to join the activity.

Punctuality: You will not be allowed to join the tour if you arrive late or miss the start time.

Waiver requirement: All participants must sign a waiver before joining the zipline tour.

Weather policy: Tours operate rain or shine; in hazardous weather your activity will be rescheduled.

Late arrivals and missed tours: Refunds will not be issued if you are late or miss the tour.

Hazardous weather: In the rare event of hazardous weather, your activity will be rescheduled or refunded.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity are non-refundable, including bookings made within 24 hours of the scheduled activity.

No-shows and last-minute withdrawals: No-shows, late arrivals, and guests who choose not to participate at the last minute or back out during the activity will not receive a refund.
