Das Museum Oskar Schindler Fabrik ist sehr abwechslungsreich, besonders und informativ aufgebaut. Hinter jeder Ecke wird man mit neuen Eindrücken überrascht. Dadurch gestaltet sich der Rundgang durch das Museum als emotionale Achterbahnfahrt durch die Zeit von markerschütternden Erlebnisse der Menschheit. Mit einer gebuchten Führung erspart man sich jede Menge Wartezeit oder die Verweigerung des Zuganges zum Museum aufgrund zu vieler Besucher. Zudem erhält man zusätzliche Informationen, welche einem unter die Haut gehen. Sehr empfehlenswert und immer wieder gern. Vielen Dank.

The Wieliczka Salt Mine is a truly fascinating and unique place. The impressive underground chambers, salt sculptures, chapels and the history of the miners made the tour an unforgettable experience. Our guide, Samantha, was fantastic—friendly, engaging and very knowledgeable. She made the visit even more enjoyable. The only disappointing aspect was the “skip-the-line” description. We still had to wait in a queue for about 30 minutes, so the wording felt misleading. Despite this, the mine itself and Samantha’s excellent guidance made the tour well worth taking.

We enjoyed every single second of the tour! It lasted about two hours, but it felt like 20 minutes because it was so interesting. Our guide was incredibly charismatic and made history so engaging and fascinating. Her hilarious jokes added such a wonderful touch to the whole experience and made it even more unforgettable. Thank you so much for an awesome time and so many new things learned!

Unser Guide Eva hat unsere Tour sehr lebendig gestaltet! Ein Salzbergwerk an sich ist sehr interessant, aber dieses ist so besonders und imposant durch die Skulpturen, die Bergmänner nach ihren Schichten (!) gestaltet haben, dass man nur staunen kann! Hier sticht natürlich die Kirche hervor! Als sehr angenehm haben wir die sehr gute Luft unter Tage empfunden! Absolut empfehlenswert!

The tour was outstanding! First - the person who met us at the receiving line was very helpful in helping us with our tickets after we arrived at the wrong time. The guide for the tour was exceptional- her knowledge and her love of history shined through. The tunnels were amazing! So many salt sculptures- pictures do not capture their beauty. Recommend for anyone staying in Krakow. There's a direct train to the mines that runs regularly and easy to use, even for those of us mature folks.

Great tour The guide was very entertaining & informative. The cathedral space was amazing; the carvings of the altar and freezes was very special. We also enjoyed a beer in the miners cafe. Overall would highly recommend espicially on a very hot summers day or cold winter day with the mine temperature being kept a constant 18 degrees

Les mines de sel de Wieliczka est vraiment l'endroit à visiter si l'ont réside dans les alentours de Cracovie , le guide bilingue français était super drôle, mais le point de rendez-vous manque un peu de clarté mais je recommande fortement cette attraction, un emblème de l'histoire de la Pologne.

9/11 een regenachtige dag en we hebben Krakow al heel grondig verkend. Rest ons nog een plaats: de Schindler emailfabriek: een must see en best met een gids, reserveren via Headout was de beste beslissing die we hebben genomen de rij paraplu's was lang en we konden onmiddellijk naar binnen.

What to bring

Bring along comfortable walking shoes as the route has around 800 stairs.

What's not allowed

Keep in mind electric torches and cigarettes are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Accessibility

This experience is not accessible by wheelchair. Some of the underground paths on the Tourist Route have been modified to accommodate individuals with limited mobility.

Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

Additional information

Facilities: restroom and lockers.

The temperature underground tends to reach 17–18°C. Dress in layers for adaptable comfort.

In exceptional cases, some of the chambers of the Tourist Route might be excluded from the guided tour.

Telecommunication signals will not reach you in the mine. However, a designated place is available to use free WiFi and make phone calls.
