My visit to Auschwitz was an unforgettable experience that has left a permanent mark on my life. I will never forget the scenes I witnessed or the emotions I felt during the tour. It completely changed my perspective and the way I think about humanity, history, and the importance of remembering the past. It was an incredibly difficult and heartbreaking experience, but I truly believe everyone should visit Auschwitz at least once. Only by remembering these horrors can we help ensure that such crimes are never repeated. The best part of the visit was our guide Przemek. He was an outstanding young man with extensive knowledge and genuine passion. He did everything he could to help us understand what "life" was like in Auschwitz, sharing the history with great respect, compassion, and professionalism. His guidance made this powerful experience even more meaningful. I cannot recommend this tour enough.

The tour was very well planned from start to finish. We needed to be picked up from Krakow Glowny train station which they made very easy by picking us up at the Mercure hotel next door. Important to note that you can leave belongings on the bus when you head into Auschwitz. The tour itself was great, the museum guide Lucas was very knowledgeable and everyone in the group paid the appropriate respect to the site. Recommend bringing a bottle of water and maybe even a rain jacket to take on the tour, as Birkenau in particular has a lot of walking. Didn't take any photos except for this one as we wanted to fully immerse ourselves in understanding the history. This tour is something well worth doing and something every human should do in their lifetime. Thank you!

Tour perfettamente organizzato. Pick-up dei componenti del gruppo vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Cracovia tramite bus ed arrivo sul posto dopo circa 1,5 ore di viaggio. Bus pulito e puntuale. Ci hanno fornito anche un lunchboxes (20PLN). Il tour nei campi di concentramento è stato veramente toccante. Lo consiglio a tutti per non scordare e mantenere vivo nella memoria l'atto di violenza e aberrazione più sconvolgente di cui l'uomo è stato capace. Un ringraziamento particolare alla guida (Pierfrancesco) che ci ha portato attraverso i campi di Auschwitz e Birkenau. La sua presenza è stata preziosa per capire fino in fondo la vita dei deportati ed il suo discorso finale è stato veramente toccante. Non scorderò mai questa esperienza. Grazie

La visita a Auschwitz-Birkenau fue una experiencia muy impactante, emocionante y difícil de olvidar. Desde el primer momento, el lugar transmite una sensación de respeto y solemnidad muy especial. El guía explicó la historia de forma clara, detallada y muy respetuosa, ayudándonos a comprender mejor todo lo que ocurrió allí y la dimensión de los acontecimientos. Visitar los diferentes espacios y conocer las historias que hay detrás de ellos hace que la experiencia sea todavía más sobrecogedora. Sin duda, es una visita imprescindible para conocer la historia y reflexionar sobre ella. Una experiencia muy dura, pero también muy enriquecedora, que recomiendo totalmente a cualquier persona que visite Cracovia.

Ci avevano già mandato le indicazione è un paio di giorni prima, con molta gentilezza, si sono accertati avessimo capito dove incontrare la guida che ci ha dato i biglietti per entrare! Tutto molto chiaro e puntuale! Devo fare i complimenti alla guida! Diego è stato bravissimo, coinvolgente, appassionato e ci ha messo il cuore! Mi sono anche emozionata! Non era lì tanto per, ma era lì per trasmettere e far vivere quello che è stato il disastro di quel periodo! Rispettoso anche degli spazi in cui era meglio entrare e non parlare Assolutamente consigliato il tour! Completo, ricco di tante cose da vedere e ben organizzato!

Évidemment c’est une visite particulière, extrêmement émouvante et dérangeante. Mais un grand merci à notre guide en français charmante, très documentée, discrète qui en a fait un moment aussi intéressant qu’intense. L’organisation était très bien, le bus ponctuel, l’accompagnateur dans le bus, sympathique et efficace. Finalement nous avons apprécié notre lever matinal qui nous a permis d’arriver parmi les premier sur le site et d’éviter une trop grande foule. Une visite essentielle pour remettre au cœur de notre émotion et de notre réflexion ce que nous avons le devoir de combattre et de refuser.

Bellissimo tour, gestito benissimo. La nostra guida, Agata, è stata precisa e puntuale, molto brava e dettagliata nelle spiegazioni. Il suo italiano era perfetto, nonostante non sia italiana. La visita nei vari settori di Auschwitz 1 è stata molto toccante. Personalmente, vedere quei luoghi di morte mi ha sconvolto, specialmente quando siamo arrivati alla camera a gas con annesso crematorio 1. Mi sono emozionato anche all'inizio, in quei 7/8 minuti di tragitto in silenzio fino all'ingresso, ascoltando i nomi delle vittime che venivano scanditi a ritmo regolare e davanti al cancello con l'iscrizione in tedesco; il tour è stato comunque e nel complesso, un turbinio di emozioni in ogni singolo luogo visitato. Benché ci fossero molti gruppi, tutto si è svolto in maniera ordinata e rispettosa. A Birkenau c'era poco da vedere poichè quasi tutte le strutture sono andate distrutte. Abbiamo visitato un capannone dormitorio e uno adibito alle latrine. Successivamente, siamo arrivati fino al vagone di trasporto dei deportati, uno dei tanti, posizionato sui binari che arrivano direttamente dentro il campo. Birkenau è davvero immenso e anche solo vedere la sua estensione fa rabbrividire. Faccio i miei complimenti agli organizzatori e a tutto il personale del tour perché personalmente penso sia stata un'esperienza unica e indimenticabile, emozionante e toccante al tempo stesso. Tutto impeccabile.

De var en fantastisk guide vi hade i våran grupp. Hon var noga och lugn, gillade henne skarpt. Turen var väldigt berättande och förklarande med hennes ord. De var nog läger 1 som var de mest spännande och skrämmande på samma gång. Där de var så mycket att se och historia om fångar som rymde och hur saker var hemskt där innnan birkenau bygges för att förvara ännu mera folk med gaskammare. Men de var nog alla berättelser och guidens sätt att berätta vara engagerad i de hon sa och verkligen visade att hon brydde sig. De visades väldig när hon sa till en pojke i en annan grupp att inte klättra på saker. Som sagt en fantastisk guid till oss med 11.40 på dagen som åkte med en röd buss. Även busschauffören var bra och duktig. Ska man ge ett minus är de att de går så himla fort ibland så man inte har tid att stanna upp och reflektera på allt som är. Vissa ställen vill man stanna lite och se mer och tänka. Speciellt för mig so. Hade min son med som var 12 år som jag behövde förklara lite då vi är från Sverige.

I’m giving 4 stars because of the very confusing booking process. When booking, you select a departure time, but in my case it had nothing to do with the actual departure. I chose a 10:30 AM departure, but I was later informed that the real pick-up time was 5:40 AM. That’s not a minor change, and it created unnecessary stress. On top of that, finding a taxi at that hour was difficult, as several drivers cancelled or refused the ride due to the limited availability of cars. Although I was the first scheduled pick-up, the bus and the guide also arrived late. It wasn’t a long delay, but it was enough to make an already stressful morning even more worrying. That said, the guide was excellent, and the tour itself was very well organized and incredibly worthwhile. Visiting Auschwitz is a powerful and unforgettable experience that everyone should have the opportunity to experience.

Your ticket includes a fast-track entry into both Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II–Birkenau, bypassing the long queues. With headsets provided for an immersive auditory experience, you are set to delve deep into the Holocaust's harrowing history. Between the tour of Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II–Birkenau, there will be a 10-15 minute break for lunch, after which you will board a bus for the second part of the visit.

Please note that pets, smoking, luggage or large bags are not allowed.

Strict dress code: short skirts are not allowed.

Large bags and backpacks are not allowed inside the museum; only bags up to 30x20x10 cm in size are permitted.

Baby strollers are not allowed inside.

Additional information

Guests may have to wait in long queues for some time before entering the camp. Please expect a considerable wait time at the entrance during peak season.

Larger bags and luggage can be stored in the cloakroom.

Pickup times are approximate and may vary on the day of your visit. While your preferred time will be recorded, the exact schedule is confirmed one day in advance and shared via email and/or WhatsApp, so we recommend allowing some flexibility when planning your day.

If your accommodation is outside the pickup zone, in a restricted area, or in a location with limited vehicle access, you may be asked to meet at the closest available pickup point.

Auschwitz is a highly regulated and sensitive historical site, and there are occasions when fast-track access cannot be guaranteed due to decisions made directly by the museum authorities.
