Our original tour to Florence and the Museum cancelled with only 12 hours notice. We were only in Florence for 2 days and were devastated when we found tickets to the Museum were sold out. We found your website and were able to order tickets. We followed directions to the meeting site, were escorted into the waiting line 15 minutes early and were so thrilled with our chance to view David's statue, among the other treasures. You made everything perfect!

Fomos em um dos primeiros horários e foi bem tranquilo de andar pela Accademia. David original tem realmente uma magia especial, mesmo estando em um local mais baixo do que o local que foi projetado para ficar, ele transmite uma energia diferenciada. Por estar mais perto das pessoas é possivel observar cada detalhe o que o faz parecer ainda mais perfeito. A Accademia possui um acervo maior que vale a visita!

Muy fácil todo, desde retirar los tickets hasta entrar a la hora elegida. También me dieron acceso a una audioguía que explicaba los puntos claves para ver dentro del museo y que funcionó sin Internet. Fuimos en Mayo así que no había mucha gente esperando entrar, sin embargo había mucho calor por lo que el acceso preferencial valió la pena. Lo recomiendo!

Wir hatten den letzten slot gebucht. Angegeben war eine Stunde Zeit zur Verfügung. Wir waren aber zeitiger da, um eventuelle Wartezeiten zu kompensieren. Es gab keine grosen Verzögerungen, so das wir tatsächlich + 20 min hatten und auch beim Ausgang waren wir 15 min zu spät. Das war alles kein Problem. Alles in Allem war es ein Erlebnis.

If you can afford $10-15 extra dollars, this is a good way to see David. It was nice to bypass the lines - it allowed us more time to explore. Think about it this way: the extra cost of the ticket (above the door price) is worth it if you want to spend more time exploring rather than standing in line.

Head out is a really great app - I was worried I was going to get scammed buying on line tickets. This is legit with all sorts of helpful tips for visiting the museums, maps of museums, highlights of what to see and clarification of what is ok to bring (ok to bring a water bottle). We went to Galleria Academia and Ufizzi yesterday. We were thrilled yo get both in during our short stay in Florence. For GA, we met our representative at the meeting point. He gave us a piece of paper with a QR code, that we could not read because of the small print and it was in Italian. As quickly as he appeared, told us to go there, he disappeared, no identifying indicator he was with Headout. We hoped it all good and not a scam. We were admitted, no problems and earlier than our time. The thing is, we have no ticket stub to show we were there. Also, the audio guide through Headout but rather at the museum for 6€ each. It was worth it though we expected more from the audio guide.
