What to bring

You must print and present your confirmation voucher to redeem your tickets, as barcodes may not scan from tablets.

After booking, the local supplier will send you the ticket or voucher accepted at the museum; your Viator voucher alone is not sufficient.

Wear suitable clothes that cover your shoulders and knees, as shorts, mini-skirts, and bare arms are not permitted inside the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella.

What's not allowed

Entry with large suitcases is not permitted, and there is no wardrobe or cloakroom available for storage.

Infants must not sit on laps, and infant seats are not available.
