The staff at the counter and outside were very friendly and helpful. They changed my booked ticket to Tokyo Station to a earlier time. That was very appropriated and therefore I had almost no waiting time. The bus ride was smooth and the driver had a calm demeanor. At the arrival the staff made sure to hand out luggage to their respective owners by checking the luggage tags. I liked that because some passengers started to grab the suitcases and were politely asked to show their tags. What a great experience. Thank you
