I had a great experience with Keisei Skyliner from Ueno, Tokyo to Narita Airport. Luckily, I didn't have to take any other form of transportation. I was able to walk from my hotel and easily found the entrance as it was separate from the JR lines. Although I purchased my ticket ahead of time, I waited in a fast moving line to get a real ticket from a real person, who was able to assign me a car and seat. It was very easy to find my car and seat and I was extremely comfortable the whole way! Quick and easy! I highly recommend.

I have been using HeadOut now every time I want to access airport and also leave the airport. The fact that I can get my tickets way early in advance helps me plan out my entire trip without having to worry about last minute changes or missing out. I will definitely use it every time I travel.

Easy to purchase tickets online but I found it confusing to redeem the online electronic ticket for the physical ones. I was grateful to receive assistance from the station staff who showed me the process and directed me where to go. Once on the train everything went smoothly and I had a wonderful trip to Narita terminal 1
