This should be on everyone’s bucket list. I was blown away by the whole experience. This will give you the thrills and high adrenaline levels. I loved each and every second of this jet boat ride. Yes, You will be DRENCHED COMPLETELY in water and you will feel great having that. Speaking about the whole crew, Nick was amazing riding the boat towards the wave. Chris Ball, our wonderful and handsome team leader is a complete entertainer. He was wonderful and full of energy during this whole experience. Hats off to you Chris. You gave us some great memories to cherish with your whole entertainment. If you have a Niagara parks pass, you can take the WeGo bus until the floral clock and then Whirlpool jet boat has a shuttle service from there which is about 10 mins to the destination. They pick and drop you. Brenda was the one helping us pick and drop to the destination. She is the sweetest person and very chill. Really active and makes sure everyone is comfortable during the ride. It’s better to book online and fill the waiver. Video and photo packages are additional. They also provide free locker to keep your stuff. It’s better to get alternate clothes and towel because no matter if you wear the plastic hood that they provide, you will be 1000% drenched in water. Must visit this place.

Saied was very knowledgeable and answered all questions thoroughly. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was fantastic. We are very grateful to him. We had such a wonderful time. He treated us like family.

We were met by the team at the Skylon tower. Introduced to Emery who was friendly and professional. All of the activities were fabulous, Skylon Tower, behind the falls and the Hornblower boat tirip on Niagara. Emery was polite informative and told us historical stories which were very interesting and sometimes funny. It was a relaxed and fun tour and can highly recommend. Great value great way to get the best activities done. Thank you Emery for a wonderful morning.

The travel was perfectly organized.The tour guide was nice and interesting.Thectimr scudual was quite good part from the traffic jam.

This was our first time there, booked the tour and it was completely amazing! My husband and two kids loved it. GREG was amazing! Knowledgeable and upbeat!

We were only there for the day and wanted to make the most of our time and fit in as much as we could (plus lunch!). Booking our tour ahead let us skip the INCREDIBLY long line and we were on the boat in no time at all. The guide was super informative and kept my kids attention with the history and knowledge that he had. I'd recommend a guided tour for anyone going, with and without Kids.

We had a terrific time on our tour! So glad we chose the small group tour. Definitely worth the extra money, and we got picked up and dropped off at our hotel! Our tour guide, Kaleigh, was very knowledgeable about all the Niagra Falls history, and expertly guided us through the crowded tourist areas. With her wonderful advice, we knew the best place to stand on the boat, and the best way to approach the cave of the winds. It did not disappoint! She also brought us to the best spots for viewing the falls and getting the best pictures. Would definitely do this again!
