We received a call prior to meeting with our tour guide to confirm we were going to be able to meet at the designated location and we were so grateful for that service. Joe was excellent and personable as well as very knowledgeable! Highly recommend!!!

The exerience was informing and great, the only issue is that it is not designed at all for handicap people. We had someone with us in a walker and there was a lot of walking and unstable inclines and there was not any options for the handicap. It was a struggle and a rough go.
