    Our tour guide Jacob was great. We learned a lot about the falls history. Our tour was on a rainy windy cold November day and he showed up full of energy and kept us all entertained very well.

    The exerience was informing and great, the only issue is that it is not designed at all for handicap people. We had someone with us in a walker and there was a lot of walking and unstable inclines and there was not any options for the handicap. It was a struggle and a rough go.
