Nate M. was FANTASTIC!! He came on a short call in to work, and we had a big group of over 25, but ensured we all had a chance to speak/ask questions multiple times with him. He had many great stories and we weren't rushed at all. He was the perfect guide. The cave of the winds was as thrilling as it is! Loved every second of it! Joe (who has worked there for 7 years and worked the elevator and repairs the steps) was very hospitable. I was so glad that TSgt Briana Magliarditi recommended this place!

Our tour guide, Billy was fun. He gave us so much information about the falls and the area. We went to viewing platforms during the walk. The Cave of the Winds was up close and wet! We are so glad this was the tour we chose.

Our tourguide was welcoming, kind and very knowledgeable. He took his time but didn't belabor the point. It was wonderful to learn more about the falls in a relaxed group setting. He also made jokes that were silly, but well intentioned and made it feel like he was a friend leading us and not a stuffy know-it-all. Would reccomend to anyone looking for a relaxing but informative tour.

We love just how much we go to see and do throughout the day, not just "Journey Behind The Falls". This included beautiful sights, different towns, the awesome insights our guide, Johnny provided, shopping, and eating. I would recommend this company and would definitely use this company again while traveling to the area.

Our guide was AMAZING!!!!! He was funny, informative and up for any question you threw at him. He was very kind and loved holding conversations with everyone. I enjoyed laughing while learning about the history of Niagara.

Billy was very knowledgeable and affable. He waited for late people, paced the tour well, allowing folks ample time to take pictures and even became the designated photographer himself at times! Would definitely recommend!

There is no need to spend $50 on a guided tour. You can do the exact same thing on your own for $14.00. You also don't have to worry about a bunch of other people. There's nothing extra except the guy talking about the history. If you buy your ticket, you go down the elevator and you see the exact same thing that you see on the tour.

Your entry ticket to Cave of the Winds is included, so you proceed together toward the attraction without needing to arrange separate admission. A poncho is provided before you head closer to the water, so you are prepared for the mist and spray.

This guided tour focuses on Cave of the Winds and its surrounding viewpoints in the Niagara Gorge on the U.S. side of the falls.
