We were met by the team at the Skylon tower. Introduced to Emery who was friendly and professional. All of the activities were fabulous, Skylon Tower, behind the falls and the Hornblower boat tirip on Niagara. Emery was polite informative and told us historical stories which were very interesting and sometimes funny. It was a relaxed and fun tour and can highly recommend. Great value great way to get the best activities done. Thank you Emery for a wonderful morning.

The experience itself of being onboard a vessel that travels up to the edge of the tailwaters of Horseshoe Falls is incredible. Nevertheless, it must be said that unless one happens to be among the first ~30 or so passengers, you will not have a place on the rail of the upper level...and no where else is the experience nearly so dramatic nor exciting. The point is, a guide should make sure her/his group is among the early arrivals for an imminent departure.

Honestly I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked this. Yours like this can be a bit hit & miss. But I was really impressed. It was very well organised and our guide, Chris, was very knowledgeable and friendly. We were given plenty of time to explore everything & didn't feel rushed. Informations claires et adaptées, la veille, concernant le lieu de rdv. Guide très sympathique. Bus plutôt confortable. Formule très pratique pour visiter les chutes ! J'aurai aimé ne pas faire les arrêts à la fabrique de sirop d'érable et à l'horloge florale mais c'est nécessairement compris dans les formules.

The weather was perfect. The falls were magnificent . The tour was good but a bit rushed. We had very little time in The Tower. By the time we got up there it was virtually time to get back on the bus. Same with the 'behind the falls ' and the boat ride. Otherwise very good.

Pour plusieurs années, nous voulions visiter les Chutes Niagara; cet été, nous l’avons finalement fait et ça en valait tout à fait la peine. La tournée avec Alex de Headout était très plaisante, intéressante et informative. Notre moment préféré était la croisière dans les chutes. Quelle sensation qu’est celle de se faire mouiller par l’eau de cette merveille de la nature de classe mondiale et tout à fait canadienne! Nous voulions en profiter au max, alors nous avons découvert nos têtes pour s’assurer de bien profiter de cette eau fraîche venue de si loin. Merci à Alex, pour sa gentillesse et les informations historique qu’il nous a partagées tout au long de notre trajet. Nous y retournerons un jour, c’est assuré! We’d been wanting to visit Niagara Falls for several years; this summer, we finally did, and it was absolutely worth it. The tour with Alex from Headout was very enjoyable, interesting and informative. Our favourite part was the cruise to the falls. What a sensation it is to get splashed by the water from this world-class, quintessentially Canadian natural wonder! We wanted to make the most of it, so we took our hats off to make sure we really enjoyed that cool water that had travelled so far. Thank you to Alex for his kindness and the historical insights he shared with us throughout our tour. We’ll be back one day, that’s for sure!

Everything was spectacular. Our guide was very knowledgeable and her explanations were excellent. The only thing I would point out is that, during the last part of the tour, when we were going to the ferry, she left us on our own and only showed us where the line to enter was. At that moment, another guide from a different company arrived with a group of about 20 people and had them enter without waiting in line, right in front of us. I found that a little unpleasant and unfair.I’m not sure if this would have happened if our guide had stayed with us. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Escursione bella. Secondo me fatta un poco troppo velocemente.. bisognerebbe avere più tempo libero lì in giro dopo le visite perché è molto carino. (Ma è una cosa comune che fanno tutti quelli che irganizzano escursione li) una piccola pecca lamlingua e la comunicazione. Ve bene che è fatta in inglese, ma avete un po' più di interazione per capire Meglio il tutto (ad esempio scrivete i vari orari e le varie cose che si faranno e vedranno oltre a dirle a voce, in modo che magari chi non conosce l'inglese le possa copiare e tradurle..)

Floral Clock: The Floral Clock is a seasonal attraction and will not be viewable during winter months.

Hornblower Cruise season: The Hornblower Cruise is seasonal, operating May to November only.

Hornblower winter substitute: During winter, the Hornblower Cruise is replaced with admission to Niagara's Fury and Niagara SkyWheel, Greg Frewin Theatre, Butterfly Conservatory, or Niagara Power Station.

Toronto tour duration: The day tour from Toronto lasts approximately 9 hours.

Toronto pickups: The Toronto tour offers multiple pickup locations in Toronto and Mississauga.

Toronto free time: The Toronto tour includes approximately 2 to 3 hours of free time at Niagara Falls.

Toronto return time: The Toronto tour returns to Toronto around 4:30pm to 5pm, depending on traffic.

Toronto language: An English-speaking guide is included on the Toronto tour, with a German-speaking guide subject to availability.

Winter substitute options: On the Toronto tour, the Hornblower Cruise is replaced in winter by either the Butterfly Conservatory or Niagara Parks Power Station.
