This was one of the most memorable experience for me as a tourist in Istanbul. This cruise came with lots of surprises and fun. The meals were excellent and satisfying with varying drinks at your beck and call. The waiters were smart and friendly without patronizing. I recommend this to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The actual cruise was really good and fun. But as a disabled person I booked the cruise confirming with the cruise people if it was wheelchair accessible which they said it was but it wasn't. I have mobility issues and climbing stairs. There was stairs to go down and also a step to go up which was very scary due to me being unbalanced as it is. All the staff were very helpful and we made it on. Coming off I was so nervous nearly fell down but we did it with all the help of everyone and my husband. I would advise please get some secure stairs or a ramp which connects to the ship. It was a very scary experience me getting on and off. The cruise was amazing food was lovely. Lovely ambience overall had a great time after over coming the fear of getting on :)

L'audioguide fonctionnait très mal, plus accès aux explications à la moitié du parcours. Finalement, je regrette d'avoir pris ce billet coupe filé plus cher que le prix sur place car aucune queue ! Et on pouvait bénéficier de l'audio guide officiel du palais gratuitement lorsque l'on achète son billet sur place ! Finalement nous avons plus fait la queue avec le guide qui nous a juste amené au point de départ de la visite ! Par contre , à la citerne basilique, je n'arrivais à téléchargé l'audio guide et l'employée à l'entrée m'est venue en aide et tout a très bien fonctionné ! Il faut bien pensé à prendre ses écouteurs . Là encore , le billet coupe-file était inutile car aucune queue à cette saison.

El crucero estupendo y el camarero que nos tocó muy amable. Cogimos la visita con otro grupo de amigos, claramente nos decía en la reserva que era el mismo barco, pero nos estaban esperando en otro distinto. Nadie nos avisó. Al llegar allí nos fastidiaron al separarnos. Más aún, ya sensación de estafa, porque se suponía que era el mismo servicio y la comparación que hemos hecho más tarde es que el nuestro era de mucha peor calidad pero mismo precio. Algo que se podía haber solucionado con un correo previo o mejor organización, me dejó muy mal sabor de boca. Entiendo que en recepción del barco original no encontraban mi reserva, pero no ayudaron diciendo claramente el nombre donde debíamos ir realmente. Un papel escrito nos hubiera ahorrado vueltas entre barcos preguntando. Por mi parte, no recomiendo la experiencia con esta empresa con compra vía web. La organización tirando a muy mala

What to bring

Topkapi Palace

Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes as you'll be walking and exploring the palace's vast grounds.

Wired earphones are recommended for the audio guide, as Bluetooth may not work well in some parts of the palace.

Make sure to bring a valid ID card, as it is required for boarding the cruise, and foreign guests must present their passports and visa details upon arrival.

Bring long-sleeved clothing or a shawl, as the cruise can get chilly and windy, particularly in the evening.

While skip-the-line entry is available, security checks are still required and can take up to 60 minutes during peak seasons (June to August).

Arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled entry time outside the palace.
