El museo me pareció espectacular, no tuve que hacer cola en la taquilla sino que entre directamente a la exposición, previamente me dieron la audio guía. La exposición de Salvador Dali fue lo primero que ví, maravillosas las obras y la historia del maestro. Joyas de la pintura de todas las épocas . El arte moderno me impresionó. Maravillosa experiencia.

Ce pass pour les 3 musées est très intéressant. Petite précision vous sélectionnez une date et une heure de visite mais le pass est valable 1 an donc vous pouvez visiter les 3 musées quand vous voulez.

Nach einer kurzen Nachfrage, wo man die gekauften digitalen Tickets in papierene Tickets umtauschen müsse - was beim Ticketkauf für den Prado angekündigt war, musste man vorbei an einer sehr langen Schlange von Menschen zu einem Schalter, wo man, da zwei Leute vor einem waren, von einer freundlichen Dame nach geschätzten 5 Minuten glücklich sein Eintrittsticket in Händen hatte. Alles war unkompliziert und funktionierte sehr gut. Empfehlenswert!

we were at the entrance before 10;00 am. as soon as the museum open we were able to get in with tickets bought from Headout and gain a lot of time. so, no crowd as majority of guests were on line to purchase tickets. we enjoyed the museum and spend more time watching beautiful paintings as well as Rodin's pieces

Really enjoyed the temporary exhibits/ Dutch paintings/ Dali/ Kenny Scharf. Admired a lot of the American artist that are part of the permanent collection. The staff were very helpful for a non Spanish speaker like myself. It's a beautiful building and setting. Thank you.

The museum itself is excellent. However we could have done with a little help with the audio guide at the start. We went on the audio highlights tour and it just took us a little while to understand where paintings were etc.

What’s not allowed

Large bags, oversized luggage, food, and drinks are not allowed inside the museum for security reasons.

For your convenience, guide dogs are welcome to join you.

Note: Temporary exhibitions have limited capacity. Entry is timed, with visitors admitted every 15 minutes.

Access to the permanent collection is free on Mondays from 12pm to 4pm, and on Saturdays from 9pm to 11pm.

Facilities: Baby feeding room, Wi-Fi, ATM, cloakroom, mobile charging stations, and cafes.

Audio guide available on the Second Canvas Thyssen app. Instructions to download will be shared with your ticket. Do bring your own headphones.
