Amazing experience! The combo ticket was very convenient and saved us money. Sunway Lagoon was super fun with great rides and attractions, and the KL Tower views were absolutely breathtaking. Everything was well organized and easy to access. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!

I recently booked my Sunway Lagoon tickets through Headout, and the whole experience was excellent. The booking process was quick, simple, and the confirmation came instantly. I loved that the tickets were sent directly to my phone, so I didn’t have to queue or print anything. The prices were also more affordable compared to other sites, and everything went smoothly when I arrived at the park. Headout made it so easy to plan a fun day out without any stress or confusion. You arrive to the sound of laughter echoing off palm-lined paths, the air buzzing with that today is going to be legendary energy. The gates open and suddenly you’re choosing your own adventure—water crashing in rhythmic roars, roller coasters slicing the sky, music drifting from somewhere just out of sight. The park doesn’t rush you; it invites you. In the Water Park, time melts. Waves rise and fall like a living ocean, lazy rivers carry you into a calm you didn’t know you needed, and every splash feels like a reset button for the soul. Then the adrenaline kicks in—slides that twist your courage into knots, drops that steal your breath and give it back as laughter. Over in the Amusement and Extreme Parks, fear becomes a thrill you want. You scream, you laugh, you scream again—and somehow you come off grinning, lighter than before. The attractions were not as many as I thought. In fact by comparison, it was less than Gamuda Splashmania. Further to that, some items were in maintenance, when I was there, the vuvuzela was malfunctioned for three hours, and the night park has nothing worth noting of, two of the facilities were also work in progress.

Wet clothes are not allowed inside Scream Park.

The following things are not allowed in pools and slides: Diapers, snorkel, scuba diving masks & flippers, surfboard & body board, jewelry & watches, saree, shorts with buttons & zip at the back, tracksuit, abaya, baju kurung & kebaya, jeans & jacket, shoes, slippers, socks, glasses, and phones.

Children below the age of 11 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Due to Malaysia’s tropical climate, thunderstorms occur now and then. In the event of lightning, outdoor attractions will remain closed.
