From the start to the end, the professionalism and friendly smiles of those involved from getting into the elevator to the top.. made me and my wife's honeymoon a pleasure. There were simply no hiccups and issues at all. Well managed and handled. Booking through headout was simple, easy and trusted source! The KL tower experience with the Orbit dining was a top notch highlight of our honeymoon. The missus was truly happy and satisfied with my honeymooon plan! The beauty of the view in all three, the sky bridge, kl tower observation deck and petronas twin tower observation deck was truly remarkable, jaw dropping and exquisite. I used the Headout app to buy tickets to KL Tower, and the experience was refreshingly straightforward. The booking process was clear, quick, and free of unnecessary steps. Booked the combo ticket of Sky Terrace and Observation Deck for New Year's Day. Visited the tower at dusk and loved the experience. The crowd wasn't much, waited in queue for around 30 minutes. The 360 degree view from the Sky Terrace is absolutely mesmerizing. Tip - SkyTerrace is a must and also gives too option of getting your photos on the glass floored SkyBix, with Petronas Towers lightening up the skyline beautifully. If you want to save some money, skip the Observation Deck.

La experiencia fue un poco decepcionante por el precio que pagas. Es carisimo! He visitado muchas torres (en Japon, París, NY, etc) y me parece una barbaridad pagar este dineral por lo que es en sí la atracción. No lo repetiría y aconsejarí a futuros visitantes, que no vale la pena por el precio que es.

If you access the sky terrace - which is absolutely worth it, there's really little point in also going to the observation deck. The view is the same, but obscured by glass, so save your money and just do the sky terrace.

We had a very enjoyable time up the KL tower. Booking was very easy and the tickets on the App were available without problem. The views, well, spectacular! Nothing more to say, but a must do when in the city.

Extremely user friendly to book online and gwt the vouchers. Redemption process is so easy, just show the voucher, get it scanned and you are through. No delays, no hasdles. Fantastic experience.

What's not allowed

Luggage and personal bags larger than 16” x 16” x 8” are not allowed at KL Tower.

Outside food & beverages are not allowed into this experience.

Professional photo/video shoots require prior approval.

Drone photography is not permitted unless authorized.

Accessibility

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller-friendly.

Additional information

Guests are required to check in using the MySejahtera app.

Due to a strict maximum capacity limit, all guests are required to join the mandatory queue at KL Tower to book their time slots.

Tickets can be used on another day if they remain unscanned due to weather conditions.

If the venue is closed due to bad weather or any other reason, please coordinate with the venue to obtain a refund or extension form directly from them.

The Sky Terrace will remain closed in case of inclement weather conditions.

After the ticket is scanned, guests must visit the KL Tower ticket counter to collect a reschedule slip.

Rescheduling is permitted within 7 days from the original visit date.

No cash refunds will be provided in the event of rain.

Kuala Lumpur Tower New Year’s Eve 2026 (Dec 31, 2025): The tower will operate from 9am to 7pm, with last admission at 6pm; no entry will be allowed after 6pm, and all visitors must exit by 7pm.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
