A wonderful way to see the sights of KL! All but one staff member were very friendly and helpful. Lost one star when we were told we couldn't get back on because "our ticket had expired". It was not expired. We had a 48hr ticket and still had 24hrs left. She didnt read the ticket properly. We had to wait 30 minutes in the hot sun for the next bus. The next bus let us on with no issues.

Wir hatten relativ wenig Zeit für eine so große Stadt wie Kuala Lumpur, da war der Bus eine ausgezeichnete Gelegenheit viele Sehenswürdigkeiten von ihr zu sehen. Die Umstiege haben gut geklappt und waren immer prima begleitet von Personal. Die Lautsprecheransagen auf den Bussen waren laut und gut verständlich. Das gesamte Personal war überaus freundlich. Wir empfehlen ihn ganz klar weiter.

Seeing all the sites and getting a feel for the layout of KL and where everything is. Allows you to note what you want to come back to. Would be good to have some lanes for the 2 buses though, as at stop one there were people pushing in and lack of understanding. The lines fanned out after the signs indicating the 2 bus routes.

The staffs are courteous. On ground some places the bus stop flag is missing. It lead to missing the bus. It happened in stop 2 in our tour.

Convenience, sort of What I did not like was that one of the sights I was interested in that was mentioned on the map was not anywhere near the stop. The Thean Hou Temple is listed at the Little India stop, but is in fact a 30+ minute walk up a hill in 33 degree heat - and back! to get to the pick up point. Some buses had a voice over telling what number stop, some had an audio guide, none had both, some had nothing. The first bus drove straight past the first tourist stops, no stopping, no mention. And finally the guide is advertised to have real-time monitoring where the bus is so it's easier to get back on - but this is not implemented yet, so instead there is long waits at the bus stop
