I had an amazing experience at SUMMIT One Vanderbilt! From the moment you step inside, it feels like you’re entering a completely different world. The mirrored rooms are absolutely stunning — every angle gives you a new, breathtaking view of New York City. The highlight for me was walking through the immersive exhibits and seeing the skyline reflected all around me — it’s honestly something you have to experience in person to fully appreciate. The glass ledges were both thrilling and a little nerve-wracking (in the best way 😅), and the views of the city are unmatched, especially around sunset. Everything was well-organized, clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It’s perfect for photos, dates, or even just treating yourself to something unique. If you’re visiting NYC or even if you live here, this is 100% worth it. I would definitely go again!

It was an amazing experience full of spectacular view, and the stuff was really helpful. On top of that, I purchased the signature ticket which includes a premium drink in the price. I had an Espresso Martini, and I can say it was more than I expected to be. Thanks for everything.

What to bring

Sunglasses to manage reflections from mirrored and glass surfaces.

Wear comfortable clothing such as pants, shorts, or tights to avoid unwanted exposure on glass and mirrored floors.

What’s not allowed

Large bags, backpacks, or luggage are not permitted (no storage is available; all bags are subject to security checks).

Professional photography equipment (only personal, handheld devices allowed).

Stiletto heels, steel-toe boots, sports cleats, or any footwear that may damage flooring.

Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed.

Accessibility

All levels of SUMMIT One Vanderbilt are fully wheelchair accessible; limited wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Foldable or collapsible strollers and carriages are allowed.

Audiovisual components may be stimulating; earplugs and sunglasses are available on request. Requests for sighted guides or ASL interpreters must be submitted at least three weeks prior via the web form.

Service animals are welcome; caution is advised on mirrored or glass floors.

Additional information

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Entry begins at the Main Concourse of Grand Central Terminal.

Reflective materials make the space bright during the day.
