incredibly well organized upon arrival- assuming the VIP purchase, private lounge, personal escort to the gondola, champagne upon enering and the enire gondola car to ourselves! Very smooth and well organized, worth the extra charge

From arrival until the time we left we were treated like VIPs. The whole experience was wonderful. The chocolates were delicious as were the Singapore Slings but the view from the gondolas was breathtaking. Would certainly recommend the experience.

It was lovely. We were welcomed warmly and made to feel special. We had a pod all to ourselves and enjoyed the champayne and chocolate whilst taking in the glorious views.

Starting with the very pleasant welcome at the vip lounge, to the knowledgeable young man who took us to the sky pod and the Two Singapore slings awaiting us on arrival (delicious). Such a smooth gentle ride felt like floating on air. The views of the incredible skyline and the marina absolutely wonderful. My wife is not a big fan of heights but even she would do it again.

It was an exclusive capsule to ourselves and staff were extremely professional and courteous and polite. Made our "flight" special. The chocolates were special touch with the Singapore sling. Highly recommended.

Getting started

Arrive at the Singapore Flyer and head to the Flyer Lounge before boarding. Relax in the indoor lounge or step onto the outdoor observation deck overlooking Marina Bay. When boarding begins, use priority boarding to enter your capsule.

What to expect

Singapore Flyer

Take a 30-min ride on one of the world’s largest observation wheels rising 165m above the city. See Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay, the Singapore River, and the city skyline. Ride in a spacious shared capsule with panoramic glass windows.

Features

VIP inclusions: Skip the queues with priority boarding and enjoy gourmet chocolate by Janice Wong and assorted nuts during your ride.

Time Capsule: Access the Time Capsule gallery to explore Singapore’s journey through immersive displays.

Options

What's not allowed

Food and beverages purchased outside are not permitted in the capsule.

Bulky items such as strollers and luggage bags are not permitted in the capsule. They should be left at the flight entrance for safekeeping.

Accessibility

Singapore Flyer has ramps, lifts, and toilets friendly for wheelchair-bound guests to get in, out, and move around.

There is a parking lot for those with mobility issues situated right next to the lift. Guests will be able to park and take the lift directly to the ticketing counters or boarding area.

Pregnant women are allowed. However, expecting mothers in advanced stages of pregnancy are advised to have someone accompany them.

Additional information

Premium Champagne Experience is available only for adults aged 18 years and above.

Please check in at the guest service lounge at least 30 minutes ahead of schedule to exchange your ticket and register, and to enjoy priority boarding.

Relax at the Flyer Lounge on the third floor of Singapore Flyer while waiting for your scheduled flight after exchanging your ticket.

Guests under the age of 18 can enjoy mocktails.

Children under the age of 13 years must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
