    j'ai pris un billet pour une balade en gondole avec serenade, au moment de monter dans la gondole je précise que c'est avec serenade et la on me répond "ce n'est pas prevu. allé on part". Tour annocé de 30 mn juste fait 20 mn avec un gondolié au téléphone du debut à la fin. En attente d'un retour du service aprés vente.

    The description is not at all what you get. We went no more than 25 minutes on the gondola. Everything felt rushed and the staff were not friendly at all. There was no live music on our gondola, but instead one musician in a group of gondolas going together. Lucky for the group that gets the musician on their gondola. I would. It recommend this to anyone. Please book with a different site or just wait for a gondola ride when you get to Venice.

    The gondola ride was 15 minutes and it just took a lap around a single canal, not around multiple canals. I t was advertised as 50 minutes
