Aunque las explicaciones eran en inglés, David hizo todo lo posible porque le entendiésemos, usando algo de español. Recomendable entrar al museo y a la terraza.

We thought we had just purchased 'skip the line' tickets. We were told the rules had changed and everyone had to be on a guided tour. There was no queue for giving your name to get your ticket - just two people trying to deal with multiple requests and people pushing in etc. The guided tour lasted about 25 minutes - and we had to join the queue to get in - so not 'skip the queue'! The guide was good, but there was no opportunity to wander or view anything at leisure after the tour. You would have had to pay extra to go to the first floor. The queue itself was not that long at 10.30am on a Tuesday morning and we waited about 10 minutes to get in.

Ritiro del Biglietto della Basilica alla piazzetta dei leoncini, adiacente alla struttura. Poi entri con la guida per un 20 minuti circa per farti fare giro veloce della Basilica con spiegazione in Inglese. Dopo il tour puoi rimanere dentro e visitare il tutto con più calma. Per quanto riguarda i biglietti del Palazzo Ducale, dalle 12:00 in poi puoi usufruire del Salta Fila. I biglietti già sono disponibili in app, tutto 👌 Compreso il museo del Correr. Audioguida da App MuVe per il Palazzo Ducale e Museo Correr. Consiglio per il salta fila e sicuramente la prossima volta aggiungerò anche il pass del Vaporetto.

Utilissimo saltare la fila, brava e simpatica la guida Barbara, ma purtroppo la visita è stata fatta solo in inglese e per noi italiani è rimasta solo l'audio guida che non è la stessa cosa. Al momento dell'acquisto del biglietto era specificato che la guida avrebbe spiegato solo in inglese però per il prezzo pagato mi sarei aspettato un trattamento diverso anche se poi la guida, quando siamo rimasti in 4 per proseguire la visita alle terrazze, molto carinamente spiegava sia in inglese che in italiano.
