The ease of getting to the terminal was great especially with two heavy bags. Obtaining the tickets was easy and it was great value for money. The key benefit was being dropped of at the airport and being able to quickly get to the terminal.... no stairs ;-). The trip to the airport through the canals and stopping at various islands along the way was a highlight and seemed more like a cruise than a taxi service. Would recommend it to anyone and we will use it again.

Trasferimento diretto a Venezia, senza uscire dall' aeroporto, fortunatamente la fermata era davanti all' appartamento dove alloggiavamo, fantastico! Poche persone, viaggio molto comodo. Prezzo un qualcosa più del bus, ma vuoi mettere la comodità di non doversi spostare a piedi con i bagagli? Consiglio... quando si programma un viaggio a Venezia, tenete conto anche delle fermate e scegliere opportunamente strutture e mezzi di trasporto.

Die Buchung erfolgte online. Dazu waren die Hinweise (Buchung ausdrucken, dann an genau benannten Stellen tatsächliche Tickets gegen Vorlage des Ausdruckes erhalten), dienlich. Auch der Erhalt eines Fahrpla-nes beim Umtausch war überraschend positiv. Der Bus war auf die Minute pünktlich an der Einstiegs- (San Stae) und auch der Endstation (Flughafen); das Personal sehr freundlich. Der Ticketpreis war für die Leistung angemessen.

I was traveling to the Canareggio area of Venice which is on the north side of the island away from the Grand Canal. There was an Aliguna stop close to our airbnb. The signage in the airport made it easy to find water transportation. It was a quick and convenient way to get where I was going!

Traslado sencillo y bien indicado desde el aeropuerto asta el terminal para coger el bus acuático.. El viaje pese a ser algo más largo que en bus terrestre, es bien cómodo, no está muy cargado de gente y terminal deja ver y tener otras perspectivas de Venecia que no verás en ptra parte

Es ist eine große Freude mit dem Boot reisen zu können. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfreich. Wünschenswert wäre eine Station am Canale Grande mit Kofferdepot, so dass man auch den ersten und letzten Reisetag nutzen könnte.

Multiple ways to explore Venice

Venice runs on vaporettos (water buses), sleek water taxis, and romantic gondolas. Walk the charming alleys or hop on a traghetto for a quick canal crossing. Buses and trains connect to the mainland, while bike rentals work in Lido. Taxis exist, but boats rule the lagoon!

Additional Information

Guests are required to exchange their Headout voucher for tickets at a designated point before boarding.

Your tickets are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Round-trip tickets must be kept securely and used within 30 days from the date of first validation.

In case of fog or bad weather, service may switch to a car transfer to Piazzale Roma.

Service staff is available at Desk 71 (Marco Polo Airport, first floor).

After arrival at Marco Polo Airport, follow signage that leads to the dock/water-bus/vaporetto area. You will have to walk for 5–10 minutes from your terminal to the dock to board your boat.
