Amazing service! Everything was very well organized from start to finish. Clear instructions, easy boarding, and a smooth, comfortable ride. The water bus transfer from Marco Polo Airport to Venice City was the perfect way to arrive — relaxing and with stunning views along the way. The staff was friendly and professional, the boat was clean, and the whole experience was stress-free. Highly recommended and would definitely use this service again!

Easy to find at the airport. Timetable given. We were going to get off at the stop closest to our accommodation but the host explained that we could save 40mins on the boat if we got off three stops before and walked an extra 5mins, so we worth checking this kind of thing if you're in a hurry. However, the boat ride is quite scenic and was a lovely way to start our trip.

Juste un problème de mauvaise information à 6h du matin lorsque la dame au guichet qui nous a refusé l'accès au ponton au lieu dit St Marco. Nous avons dû courir jusqu'au ponton suivant pour ne pas manquer le bateau. Tôt le matin dans le noir et sous la pluie avec bagages c'est assez stressant pour ne pas dire inacceptable.

À notre arrivée à l'aéroport nous nous sommes dirigés aux quais. Une personne d'alilaguna nous a indiqué où nous devions attendre le bateau et nous a scanné les billets (imprimés sur internet- pas d'échange à faire) - très simplement nous sommes arrivés à la place saint Marc . Au retour ( depuis San Marco ) le personnel ne semblait pas connaître le prestataire mais nous avons pu prendre le bateau sans difficulté mais après quelques minutes de prises d'infos .. une fois à l'aéroport nous avons été dirigé vers la billetterie pour un échange de billets compostés ... inutile mais pas d'inquiétude ni de perte de temps conséquente..

Top experience, je recommande. Nous avons pris un pass 3 jours et avons utilisé notre ticket pour tous les transports publics, le transfert aller-retour aéroport-Venise en bus, le transfert gare routière-Venise centre, l'aller-retour pour visiter Murano, et tous les trajets en vaporetto pour bouger.

Easy to book online and to redeem voucher at the airport office. Regular service and stunning view of the city. Also cheaper than the coach transfer to the road bus station. Blue line is a good choice if you need any earlier morning return trip to the airport.

Whether it's the iconic landmarks of St. Mark's Square or the charming canals of the Rialto area, each route promises a unique ride.

Multiple ways to explore Venice

Venice runs on vaporettos (water buses), sleek water taxis, and romantic gondolas. Walk the charming alleys or hop on a traghetto for a quick canal crossing. Buses and trains connect to the mainland, while bike rentals work in Lido. Taxis exist, but boats rule the lagoon!

Additional Information

Guests are required to exchange their Headout voucher for tickets at a designated point before boarding.

Your tickets are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Round-trip tickets must be kept securely and used within 30 days from the date of first validation.

In case of fog or bad weather, service may switch to a car transfer to Piazzale Roma.

Service staff is available at Desk 71 (Marco Polo Airport, first floor).

After arrival at Marco Polo Airport, follow signage that leads to the dock/water-bus/vaporetto area. You will have to walk for 5–10 minutes from your terminal to the dock to board your boat.
