Entry was fine, once I had established where I needed to pick up the entry tickets. The process was easy and timely - a 12 pm tour set off on the dot of 12. The Belgian guys English was super and he was a good story teller. A little disappointed that the skeletons had been removed and there wasn't the art work as memorable as the one in Paris. Mainly it was empty graves.

Booking with headout on line was quick, simple and amazingly cheap compared to other sites. Communication was clear and informative ensuring we got the best experience possible. The cappuccin bones crypts that we visited in Rome was a real highlight of our trip and somewhere the whole family enjoyed and would recommend if you want to avoid the mass crowds of the colossus and Vatican. Not recommended for visitors with claustrophobia or severe mobility issues.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult when entering the crypt.

Please arrive on time at the meeting point; late arrivals cannot be accommodated.

The crypt is located beneath the Church of Santa Maria della Concezione.

Operating hours are daily from 9:30am to 6:30pm (last entry at 5:30pm), from 2nd January to 30th December.

The site is popular and may be busy during peak hours.

The visit typically lasts 30–40 minutes.
