- Visitors who need assistance navigating the museum may bring one companion free of charge. A companion ticket can be collected at cash register 1.
- The museum’s cafés and shops operate cashless and do not accept cash payments.
- Only handbags no larger than A4 size are allowed inside. Larger bags, umbrellas, and similar items must be stored in the cloakroom.
- Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time slot and cannot be changed. Late arrivals or no-shows may forfeit entry, refunds, or rescheduling.
- If you expect to arrive late, please speak with Rijksmuseum staff at the entrance. While entry cannot be guaranteed, assistance may be provided subject to availability.
Keukenhof
- Exchange your voucher for the bus tour to receive your official entry ticket.
- The ticket is only valid for the day stamped on it.
- Typical travel time is approximately 35–50 minutes each way, depending on traffic.
- Plan around 6–8 hours for your visit, but you may stay as long as you like at Keukenhof until closing time.
- Buses back to Amsterdam depart between 11am and 6:30pm, with the last bus leaving Keukenhof at 6:30pm.
- Facilities: Free Wi-Fi, small lockers, left luggage facility, dining outlets, parking, charging stations for electric vehicles, and bike rental.
