When I arrived early at the meeting point for the Accademia Gallery, a staff member kindly approached me and personally guided me to the entrance. I truly appreciated this thoughtful support, especially in a busy city like Florence. It made me feel very welcomed and at ease. The meeting point for the Uffizi Gallery was also very easy to find, with clear instructions provided in advance. The entire process was smooth and stress-free.
