We had a wonderful experience visiting Pitti Palace and the Boboli Gardens. The timed-entry tickets made the visit smooth and stress-free, with minimal waiting time. Pitti Palace is stunning, filled with beautiful art, grand rooms, and fascinating history. Muy fácil de ingresar con la entrada electrónica. Las explicaciones de la audio guía muy completas y entendibles. Es muy grande el palacio y a veces se confunde por donde hay que seguir según la explicación. No pude entrar a los aposentos reales porque, aunque gratis, había que retirar otro ticket y eso no se había aclarado con anterioridad. Por lo demás, todo fue perfecto. Muy recomendable!

La galería palatina me gustó pero los cuadros no están para nada protegidos. A un Tiziano creo recordar le daba el sol directamente!!!!! Me hace pensar que son falsos.... la zona de exposición de moda me sorprendió y gustó mucho. Los jardines bastante decepcionantes. Grandes pero sin alma, sin nada especial. Había obras y lo más i teresante no se podía ver. Deberían estar abiertos al público como parque público y dejar el palacio propiamente como museo.

Much of what I expected to see was being repaired and closed. The Boboli gardens were a disappointment, poorly kept, not much to see except the beautiful view of the city.
