The Maid of the Mist tour at Niagara Falls exceeded all expectations—every team member delivered truly attentive and friendly service from start to finish. Experiencing the breathtaking power of the falls up close was unforgettable, and the guides kept the journey both informative and fun. The organization, safety, and even those iconic ponchos make the adventure seamless and comfortable. This tour is a must for anyone visiting Niagara Falls, and the wonderful staff make it even more memorable—I can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to everyone looking for an extraordinary experience.

Niagara Falls are amazing! Our tour guided was very useful, including information about the falls, timing, and recommendations for after the tour. Getting the tour vs. individual tickets was worth the additional expense, no waiting in line for anything during a busy labor day weekend, and useful information from the guide. Meeting with the group was easy, although the starting time seemed fairly irrelevant: all groups left shortly before 10 am.

The tour guides were fantastic, but we would have rathered bought out own cave of winds and niagra falls tickets and done our own thing. It was our first time so we didn't know what to do. We felt half of our day was gone just with them walking around and talking about things. If you like that kind of knowledge then this is your tour to go on. By far better than the others I saw walking around with other groups.

    • The iconic Maid of the Mist boat ride (seasonal; available from May to October) takes you right into the mist and roar of Horseshoe Falls.

    This was a great experience! Greg, our guide, was so knowledgeable and made the tour great! If you are not familiar with the area, this is the best way to see the Falls from many different angles. We loved Niagara Falls State Park. Just an amazing experience and Greg made it all worthwhile!
