*⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unforgettable Family Experience - Thanks Bernie!* We just did the Niagara Falls USA Guided Tour with Cave of the Winds and it was absolutely worth it! Our guide *Bernie* was fantastic - super knowledgeable, funny, and explained the entire history of the Falls in a way that kept both adults and kids engaged. He made the whole tour feel personal, not rushed at all. We went as a family and luckily it wasn't too crowded, which made the Cave of the Winds even better. Standing so close to Bridal Veil Falls and feeling that raw power is something you have to experience - we got soaked and loved every second of it! *Quick Tip for future visitors:* Definitely buy your tickets ahead of time to skip the long lines. And if someone in your group doesn't want to do all the stairs/steps at the Cave, there's a comfortable spot to wait near the cave with an amazing view, so no one misses out. Highly recommend this tour if you want more than just the views - you get the stories behind it. It was a very educational and fun tour with Selena. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and courteous throughout the entire experience. On top of that, her excellent Spanish skills were a wonderful surprise. I wasn’t expecting the tour to be available in my native language, nor did I ask for it, so being able to enjoy her explanations in Spanish added tremendous value to the experience. Thank you, Selena, for being so warm, professional, and thoughtful throughout the tour. You truly made our visit to Niagara Falls even more special!

Overall, the knowledge presented and explained was intriguing but not deep. I would have loved to hear more about the history of the falls from my guide rather than him relying on the videos I could have watched on my own. Overall, the extra knowledge provided with the guided tour was good, but nowhere near the in depth experience I had hoped for given other tours I have taken in the past. I would do this tour again for the sake of its convenience and ease of acquirint tickets, but not for its ability to leave one with a treater depth of knowledge about the falls.
