The fun our grandsons had we loved the all access pass it gave us the 2 mazes slides canopy walk and canopy bounce we left the airport experience last and I highly recommend this to everyone even if you're afraid of heights the excitement and the staff that assist you are just amazing thank you we are definately coming back! The directions were clear to whereabouts of the location the moment we enter Jewels. It wasn't crowded even though it was a school holiday. Eateries were nearby too. Plus point after all the adventures

Jewel Changi is an amazing experience. I recommend reading the voucher after receiving it and before ascending to L5, as some tickets may require a visit to the L1 Concierge desk before you can use them.

Getting started

Arrive at Jewel Changi Airport and head to L4 for entry. Show your mobile voucher and a valid ID at the attraction counter. Security screening is minimal, but arrive early to avoid queues.

What to expect

Jewel Changi: An iconic nature-themed entertainment complex best known for its stunning indoor attractions and lush greenery.

Hedge Maze: Singapore’s largest hedge maze with a watchtower view.

What's not allowed

Keep in mind outside food & beverages are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

Skirts and dresses are not allowed on the nets. Please wear pants/trousers and covered shoes.

Accessibility

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible, except for the Bouncing Net and Walking Net.

Additional information

Adults must accompany children at all times.

Operating hours: Mon-Fri 11am to 8pm, Sat-Sun, 10am to 8pm, last entry at 7pm.

Transit Passenger (Airside only): Please note that Canopy Park is not accessible unless:

You clear immigration and enter Singapore legally.

You have a layover long enough (typically 5+ hours).

Canopy Park is not located in the airside transit zone.

Local or Tourist Already in Singapore: Follow these steps to access Canopy Park:

Enter Jewel Changi Airport via the public entrance from any terminal.

Take the escalator or lift to Level 5 of Jewel.

Show your pre-booked passes or buy tickets at the entry. No terminal change is required.

Flying into Singapore (T1, T2, T3, T4):

Terminal 1: Jewel is directly integrated with Terminal 1. After arriving, walk into Jewel's Level 1 from the arrivals area and proceed to Level 5.

Terminal 2 or 3: Jewel is linked to these terminals via a short walkway (approximately 5-10 minutes). No immigration clearance is needed to access Jewel from these terminals.

Terminal 4: Terminal 4 is not directly connected to Jewel. Take the free shuttle bus to Terminal 1 (available every 10-15 minutes), then walk into Jewel and head to Level 5.

Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.
