It was easy to book the tickets. The Jewel experience studio is awesome with a lot of multi-sensory. I like the Garden of Harmony most. It is very enriching as I got to understand more about the Changi airport. I would recommend to my principal to arrange for an excursion to bring the children there.

Singapore’s Jewel Changi Airport, located in front of the airport’s iconic control tower, sits under a large glazed dome with a rainwater waterfall running through the middle. It is here that you will find the Changi Experience Studio. Enter and discover the story behind the world's best airport (Changi Airport has been awarded this for the 8th consecutive year!), and get a behind-the-scenes peek into this busy international hub.

The futuristic multimedia attraction boasts 3,000 square feet of high-tech video games, immersive shows, projection experiences, and gallery exhibits to immerse you in every aspect of the airport. Step into the Cloud — a minimalist white space that serves as your guide throughout the experience. You will also get to see a garden that sings, participate in an adrenaline-pumping race and go on a journey through time and space. This is a whole new level of fun!

This ticket admits only one person and is for one-time use only. Re-entry is not allowed. Admission is allowed only to the Changi Experience Studio

The ticket is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and not for resale

This ticket is valid only for the time period as printed on it. Admission is subject to the attraction’s capacity.

Entry will be denied if this ticket is altered, tempered, damaged, defaced, or made illegible. No replacement or refund will be made for such ticket as well as for lost and/or stolen tickets

Food and drinks are not allowed in the attraction

Admission is at the ticket holder’s own risk. CAG and JCAT are not liable to the ticket holder for any loss, damages, costs, or expenses incurred or suffered by him/her arising directly or indirectly in connection with his participation at the attraction
