Enjoy the ultimate road trip location in Australia
Hop onto your AC vehicle in Melbourne at 8am and head towards Torquay where you can sip on complimentary tea by the beach before stopping at the Island Archway to take photos in front of the arch made in honor of the soldiers who built this road. Next, head to the Great Otway National Park where you can spot native koalas & colorful parrots while taking a guided forest walk at Maits Rest.
Be prepared for an exciting afternoon plan
Head to Apollo Bay for lunch (at your own expense) where you can indulge in fresh seafood. After lunch, you will head to Port Campbell National Park to witness the majestic monoliths of the Twelve Apostles. Then, move on to Loch Ard Gorge where you listen to your guide recount the shipwreck tragedy. Take a moment to walk down the Gibson Steps to enjoy an uninterrupted view of the Southern Ocean from the beach before stopping for dinner at Colac. Enjoy the mesmerizing view of the city lights before heading back to Melbourne.
