Joe was a great guide. He had a really interesting story to tell about the castle and good insights for the highlights to see if we were limited in time. He also recommended a good pub for a meal. We took his advice and he was right. He was entertaining and informative and we got a lot out of the visit because of that.

My tour guide Jen was simply the BEST! She was so knowledgeable, had a strong clear voice, and was full of delightful stories that made the tour very interesting. She brought years of history to life! I felt badly for all the people who weren't on her tour!

The experience is not fully wheelchair-accessible due to uneven terrain and steps within the castle grounds and surrounding areas.
