Absolutely fantastic insight to the darker side of Edinburgh's fascinating history. From 15th century attempted regicides to 18th and 19th century advances in medecine using somewhat unethical methods, this tour is a wonderfully enlightening experience. As for our guide, Soldier John, he brought the whole tour alive with his ghastly, ghostly, gruesome tales told with such enthusiasm and knowledge. Bravo!!

Mary Queen of Scott was amazing. The tour was really interesting. We had come in with very limited knowledge of what's going to happen. However our tour guide was so much fun and kept everyone engaged in her stories till the end :)

Soldier John maakte de tour af door zijn enthousiasme. Hierdoor werd je helemaal meegenomen in de spookverhalen van Edinburgh. Doordat je zo werd meegenomen vergat je even dat het en ghost tour was en kwamen de schrikmomenten soms erg uit het niets. Al met al zeker een aanrader als je naar Edinburgh komt

Hear the chilling story of the loyal dog Greyfriar's Bobby, who guarded his master's grave for 14 years, and the infamous body snatchers Burke and Hare. The adventure continues underground to a former 17th-century close encapsulated within the South Bridge.
