• Smoking, including e-cigarettes, drinking, and any form of drugs are strictly prohibited within the stadium and museum.

• Stepping on the pitch or the grass is not allowed during your tour of the museum.

Pena Palace & Park

• Tripods and drones are strictly prohibited.

• Pets aren't allowed at the palace, except for guide dogs.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises.

Accessibility

SL Benfica Stadium & Museum

• The stadium has wheelchairs available for use at both the stadium & museum, subject to signing a liability waiver.

• Elevators at the stadium ensure accessibility across all levels.

• The museum has an elevator, ramps, and benches throughout, making it accessible for visitors with reduced mobility.

Pena Palace & Park

• Wheelchair access is available in certain areas; however, some parts of the Palace and park may be challenging due to uneven terrain and stairs.

• The Pena Palace has two parking spaces for visitors with disabilities. These are located at the park’s main entrance.

• You can also get manual wheelchairs with prior reservation at all the park’s entrances.

• The palace also has accessible restrooms and an elevator that connects all the floors.

SL Benfica Stadium & Museum

• You cannot visit the stadium on match days. Make sure to check the schedule before booking your tickets.

• On European soccer match days, stadium visits are also not possible 2 days before and 1 day after the game.

• All tickets include a complimentary souvenir scarf.

• If you're a person with reduced mobility, you must always have a companion with you, and they can accompany you free of cost.

• The guide accompanying you on the tour of the stadium will speak both Portuguese and English.

Pena Palace & Park

• Portugal residents can enjoy free access to parks and monuments on Sundays and public holidays

• Reduced tickets for children aged 6-18 and seniors aged 65 and above are available onsite.

• You must enter the Pena Palace at your assigned time slot, as late arrivals may be denied entry.

• Please use the house tour entrance instead of the main gate.

• The path from the park entrance to Pena Palace takes approximately 30 minutes to walk.

• You should anticipate a 15-20 minute wait at the security checkpoint.

• Private vehicles are not permitted, so visitors should use pedestrian trails or public transport.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Please display your mobile voucher along with a valid photo ID at each of the redemption points.
