• The ziplines are designed for guests to fly at a gentle pace. Some lightweight flyers may stop before reaching the end but there is no need to worry. The team is trained to assist everyone.

• Digital waiver forms must be completed online prior to your arrival.

• Bring along your insect repellant, raincoat, swimsuit, sunscreen, hat, water bottle, change, and towel.

Restrictions

• Guests weighing more than 120kg are restricted from participating in the ziplining experience.

• All loose items must be removed from pockets, such as keys, wallets, and phones during the ziplining experience.

• Strict Dress Code: It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing or wet weather clothing along with shoes or sneakers. Crop-tops, shorts and skirts are not allowed.

• Long hair must be tied back during the ziplining experience.

• The experience is not accessible for pregnant women, individuals with spinal conditions, neck conditions, or people suffering from vertigo.

• Guests aged 7 and under are restricted from participating in the ziplining experience.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the meeting point.

Hotel Transfers

• This ticket includes hotel pickups and drop-offs.

• In the next step of booking, please select the name of your hotel.

• This is applicable to selected hotels in Port Douglas and Mossman.

• On the day of your tour, please report at your hotel lobby 10-15 min prior to your scheduled departure.

• If your hotel does not have a lobby, please wait at the entrance of the hotel.
