Rode the SkyBus both ways within 36h. Marvelous services. Prebooked tickets allowed us to walk straight out of the airport onto the bus and off - no waiting. A quick journey into the city just a 10 min walk from our hotel. The return journey after one of Melbourne's busiest visitor days (100,021 at MCG for NFL game) was just as smooth. We walked in to find a bus door just closed. But just 10min wait saw us onto the next bus for an easy ride out of town at about 5pm on a Friday and plenty of time for our plane out.

Perfect Thankyou. A very good driver assisted passengers where/when necessary. The trip to and from the airport is comfortable and seems to take no time at all, considering the amount of traffic and the fact that the final stop is in the heart of the city. Well done!

On a rainy night it was such a relief for Alex to take my luggage and walk to the vehicle. The ride was efficient. Most impressed by him waiting for me to get my air bnb key. A true gentleman who helped me door to door.

We found the bus stop really easily. There was a bus ready to go after a couple of minutes wait and plenty of room. Very easy way to get into the city 10/10

Although the trip was ok. Also getting help with my baggage was also appreciated. Theseating was cramped and I had to find my was upstairs to sit down with my medical conditions. As it seemed the only accessible seats I could see were inward facing instead of forward facing. So, I had to cope the best I could. It seemed the accessibility was more towards wheelchairs & visible disabilities rather than those that cannot be seen.

Good but......I am a senior and the tickets purchased on line are more expensive than the tickets purcased at the airport. Can you place a note on th web site that Seniors can get a discount if purchsed at airport

Skybus service booked through Headout is such an easy navigation app to use. Using this app is quick easy to navigate & makes bus transfer from Mel ourne Tullamarine Airport to Mel ourne City at Southern Cross station so accessible to other modes of transport at the station, whether it be another bus service, yrain ,or taxi or Uber!
