I requested a change of time on my ticket and was told a new ticket would be sent to me. It never was and I reached out again and they still didn't send me the correct ticket. I ended up having to pay extra on the train because of the 15 minute time difference.

It was easy from start to finish. The tickets were downloaded straight onto my phone with no issue. The train was easy to find and in fact we caught an early one as we were there in good time. The trains are clean, comfortable and smooth. Excellent all round.

Rückfahrt Ticket nicht eingelöst. Bus Shuttle war einfacher und günstiger. Konnte Bus einsteigen in Nähe Hotel. Muss nicht zum Termini fahren. Direkt Verbindung mit Bus.

Excellent service, quick efficient train service . Quite a walk from arrivals hall though so give yourself plenty of time as you can't change your ticket times.

Pour l'aller on me dit de réserver plus tôt mais forcément en ayant un avion qui atterrit je ne savais pas à quelle heure je serai sur place du coup j'ai voulu prendre le train d'avant mais cela me coûtait 5 € de plus par passager je trouve ça un peu abusé, pour le retour impossible de réserver le matin pour le milieu d'après-midi les horaires ne faisaient que s'afficher quand je valide et ça me marque complet il n'était plus affiché et d'un coup revenait afficher mais au moment de la validation revenez encore complet

Our flight was delayed by 30 minutes so by the time we got through a busy security we had missed our planned rail trip. It is a shame that these tickets could not be open to handle this situation. We were able to pay an additional 5 euro per ticket on the train to travel on the outdated tickets but this was an unnecessary stress after 42 hours of Travel from New Zealand.

Très pratique, propre, confortable et rapide pour rejoindre le centre de Rome et pour revenir à l'aéroport. Notre avion ayant eu 1h de retard et ayant réservé à l'avance nos tickets avec un créneau précis, nous avons dû payer 1 supplément de 5€/pers. Achetez votre billet sur place ou présentez directement votre CB sur la borne du portique pour accéder aux voies.

I signed up at the airport to get tickets for the Leonardo express train. The process was pretty easy, but I highly recommend downloading the Headout app in advance since cellular coverage and WiFi signal strength are so poor at the Fuimicino airport. But that minor challenge has nothing to do with the excellent HeadOut service.

Hop on the Leonardo Express for a super-fast, 32-minute ride between Fiumicino Airport and Rome Termini Station, it's one of the quickest ways to catch your flight or head out to major cities like Florence, Milan, and Venice. Trains depart every 15 minutes, so you're never waiting too long.

The train ride is all about making your journey simple and comfortable. Modern, air-conditioned trains come with plenty of room for your luggage, ensuring it’s secure and easy to grab. Plus, it's fully accessible for everyone and your guide dogs and pets are welcome onboard. Once you're at Termini, you'll be right in the heart of the city with easy access to taxis, Metro lines, and buses to keep your adventure rolling!
